Brian McNeill joined Equity in 2018 as an Engineer in the Risk-Based Inspection Team.
Prior to Equity, Brian worked as a Brand Formulation Laboratory Technician for Sherwin-Williams where he helped develop and create products, developed thickener packages to complement polymers, performed rheological and viscosity testing on paints and coatings, and collaborated with the design team on formulation design issues to develop long-term corrective actions. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern where he performed quality inspections on steel plates and raw material, inspected clutch re-build kits and retro fitted equipment, interfaced with vendors and outside contractors, and assisted senior engineers and quality assurance personnel in continuous improvement projects and in the production of high-standard products.
