Our co-op students will go beyond the classroom to gain hands-on experience. You will learn how we apply engineering principles to reduce risk, optimize design and construction, and comply with regulations.

  • Finite element analysis (FEA)
  • Construction Codes and Design Standards

You will also be exposed to a multitude of projects that relate to: 

  • Damage mechanism identification 
  • In-service maintenance and inspection planning 
  • Fitness-for-service (FFS) and suitability-for-service (SFS) assessments 
  • Post-construction and repair guidelines

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for full-time students who have completed all second-year courses and are currently enrolled in an accredited program at a college or university.

  • Mechanical, civil, structural, corrosion and chemical engineering students.
  • Available to work in our corporate headquarters in Shaker Heights, OH or in our Houston, TX office.
