Kelly is a senior fixed equipment mechanical engineer with experience in the refinery, petrochemical, and consulting engineering industries. Her area of expertise lies in fixed equipment mechanical integrity, specializing in post-construction repairs, failure investigations, bolted flange assembly and reliability, risk-based inspection programs, and fitness-for-service evaluations. Kelly currently serves on the ASME PCC Standards Committee as well as all three PCC Subcommittees: PCC-1, 2, and 3. She previously served as PCC-1 Vice Chair and PCC Executive Committee member from 2022–2025.
