Overview:

Shannon is a seasoned attorney with strong business acumen who loves working at Equity and with the ESOP.  In addition to her role as General Counsel, she manages the IT, AI, and Internal Support departments at Equity.  Her legal background and hands-on experience across governance, technology, and compliance give her a broad, practical perspective on running an employee-owned company.

Shannon is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance, the ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), and the Ohio Employee Ownership Center (OEOC).
