Asset Criticality – What You Need to Know

Prevent and/or mitigate major incidents by developing an asset criticality assessment and help prioritize inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance (ITPM) activities for your assets.  The detailed asset criticality assessment will also set priorities for Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) reviews and apply root cause analysis (RCA) on asset failures.  You will also be able to identify necessary spare parts and redundancy to reduce risks for the plant during the project design phase and during operation.
