Anita Schafrick

Anita Schafrick is a member of the Practices Team at Equity.  Prior to Equity, Anita worked as Assistant Director at Westlake Porter Public Library, where she oversaw day-to-day library operations; evaluated key business metrics and helped carry out adjustments policies and procedures; and implemented an RFID system to increase efficiency and availability of library materials to customers, which increased customer self-checkout usage to over 65%.  Before her position as Assistant Director, Anita was a Community Education Librarian.
