Overview:

Gary LeNormand has over 28 years of Refining and Petrochemical Industry experience, with 11 of those years based in the construction and maintenance of owner/user facilities and 17+ years focused on the development & implementation of mechanical integrity programs.  His exposure to and active involvement in the variety of roles required to operate a successful Petrochemical facility—from breaking ground during the initial construction phase to becoming an integral member of the Asset Integrity Management and Reliability Improvement Teams—have provided ample opportunities and the breadth of knowledge to synergize with, maintain, build, and lead an effective team.
