Victor Quiroga is a Senior Engineer II with the Process Technology Team at Equity. His work has included process simulations, heat and material balances, PRD sizing, revalidation and mitigation; flare system modeling, two-phase flow assurance studies, and optimization studies. Mr. Quiroga has updated and supported multiple Equity Engineering Practices.
Most of Victor’s experience comes from the execution of EPC CAPEX projects for 14 years as a Process Engineer with responsibilities including PFD and P&ID development and review, process equipment datasheet specification, performance and review of multiple process simulation studies, definition of the utility consumption systems, and project management in projects for multiple process technologies like ultra-low sulfur diesel, continuous catalytic reformer, trans-alkylation, hydrogen production, gas-to-liquids, liquified natural gas processing, and sulfur recovery.
Before his position at Equity, Victor was the Technical Solutions Sales Engineer for the Symmetry Process Simulation Platform. During this time, he provided key feedback to the development team to improve software performance, direct technical support to main clients, and deliver training courses of all the modules of the Symmetry Process Simulation Platform.
