Overview:

Prior to joining Equity, Kayla Lebel previously worked at TC Energy and a small engineering firm specializing in stress analysis.  Her career began at TC Energy where she gained valuable experience in pipeline operations, design, and fabrication/construction.  A large portion of her work at TC Energy was dedicated to improving and maintaining pipe integrity.  She has experience in performing various integrity assessments with a focus on vibration measurement and assessment, stress analysis, and crack assessments. As the stress and vibration technical lead at a small engineering firm, Kayla honed her technical and leadership skills.  She was responsible for providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, aiding them in their development as stress and vibration analysts.  Concurrently, she performed a large portion of complex stress and vibration-related analyses for clients.  In addition, she developed and finessed tools and processes to improve the quality of technical deliverables to clients.
