Elyssa is a metallurgy SME experienced in refinery and chemical plant engineering, including corrosion and degradation mechanisms, inspection practices and techniques per company and industry standards, material properties, welding procedures, and repair techniques. Most recently, she served as a senior reliability engineer, providing services to assist clients on projects regarding mechanical integrity, fixed equipment opportunities, turnaround support, inspection planning, spare parts management, root cause analysis, materials selection, and failure analysis. Elyssa also has experience producing CCD/IOW deliverables while implementing risk-based inspection mechanical integrity programs.
