Kiara Warren is a Client Documentation Coordinator with the Engineering Practices Team at Equity. Prior to Equity, Kiarra worked as a teacher with 1st-4th-grade students through instructional guidance provided by a set curriculum. She also has experience as a loan processer, where she handled consumer loans, credit analyzation, risk analysis, client relations, and document management. In addition, Kiarra has six years of banking experience with Chase Bank where she served as a Team Lead, trained team members, and served on the Diversity Council.
Kiarra initiated and spearheaded the 2018 Strong Survivors Lupus Gala to raise awareness for the Lupus Foundation of America through fundraising and showcasing the talent of people with Lupus. She also spent ten years volunteering with ARISE Cheer and Football Camp, an outreach program geared toward inner city youth, where she coached cheerleading and dance groups and provided mentorship. Currently, Kiarra serves as the Social and Cultural Events Committee Chair for the Akron Urban League Young Professionals.
