Ryan Mikolajczyk

Ryan is a technical project manager with experience in aerospace, manufacturing operations, logistics, procurement, and aviation operations.  He is adept in planning, risk management, stakeholder awareness, client and vendor communications, and cross-functional team management.  Prior to Equity Engineering, Ryan was a project and production manager at an aerospace engineering and manufacturing company.  He was responsible for the management of multiple projects to fulfill subcontracts for the NASA Mobile Launcher 2 project as well as production management for the company’s first two internally designed satellites.
