Isaiah Boyce is a Staff Software Developer for the Technology & Software Products Team at Equity. He has experience as an IT Application Programmer, where he designed document workflows, delivered cost-benefit analyses on vendor software, upgraded vendor software, automated manual indexing flows, and streamlined a version control system for seamless delivery. Isaiah also has experience as a Scrum Master, where he improved customer communication by normalizing communication templates and deployed virtual stand-up boards to report feature progress to product owners. In addition, Isaiah is well-versed in leading group training sessions.
